Return policy
At SAGE, we want you to love what you ordered. If for any unbelievable reason ;) you are not satisfied you'll find our return policy and conditions below.
Return Window You may return a product within 14 to 30 days of receiving your order, Only if it meets the conditions below.
Conditions To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and undamaged
- In its original packaging if there is one
- Including all original labels and accessories if there are any
- In case of a T-shirt that does not fit size requirements we are not
Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover these costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Refund or Store Credit Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive within 5–10 business days:
- A full refund to your original payment method, or
- Store credit equal to the purchase amount
Exceptions The following products are not eligible for return:
- Products ordered through a pre-order are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless there is a defect or incorrect delivery in place.
